Because of new Apple guidelines (4.2.6) , every company that wants to publish their own app needs to have their own Apple developer account. So you still have to get your Apple developer account which costs $99 a year. You also need your own Android developer account which costs you $25 as a one time fee.

To publish your app to the app store or google play store, it is a multiple part process.

1. Create and customize your app
2. Generate the necessary certificates from Apple and/or Google developer accounts.
3. Build the app files using XCode, Flutter or React Native Build.
4. Submit the app to Apple and/or Google Play (active developer licenses required).
