You do. It lives in your repository or your Shopify Partner account from the first commit. No lock-in, no license fee.
Anything in our work that does not meet the quote in the first 30 days is fixed without an invoice. Breakage caused by a platform, plugin or theme update after release is retainer work, and the Care retainer exists for that.
Half on the fixed quote to start, half when you accept the delivery on staging. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Card or bank transfer.
The written quote arrives within two business days. Projects start in order, and the quote names your start date, usually within a week or two of acceptance.
Yes, before you share anything sensitive. We work on a staging copy of your store, never the live one.
