Terms for using appbuff.net: who runs the site, what the guides are and are not, indicative prices, and that project work follows the service agreement.

1. Who runs the site

appbuff.net is run by Appbuff, a software studio based in Bangladesh. You can reach us at support@appbuff.net.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, read the guides, and use the contact form to ask about our services. You may not scrape the site, send automated or bulk submissions through the form, probe or attack it, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may block traffic that does.

3. Prices and timelines

Prices, timelines and “from” figures on the site are indicative. They describe typical projects so you can budget before you talk to us. The binding price, scope and date for your project are the ones in a written quote, under the service agreement.

4. Guides and content

The guides are general information written from our experience. They are not advice for your specific store, app or business, and they do not create a client relationship. Platforms change. A guide may be out of date, and we do not promise to keep every one current. Check the platform’s own documentation before you act on anything.

Testimonials on the site are from real clients, quoted as they wrote them, with their permission.

5. Ownership of the site

The text, illustrations, code and design of appbuff.net belong to Appbuff or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link back. You may not copy pages, guides or illustrations wholesale, or present them as your own. “Appbuff” is our trading name.

The site links to third-party sites and names third-party products. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. A mention is not an endorsement or a partnership unless the page says so.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content or from the site being unavailable, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Project work

Any work we do for you is governed by the service agreement and the written quote, not by these terms. Refunds are covered by the refund policy. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If we later operate through a company registered elsewhere, the site will say so and these terms will name that country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of the page say which version applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
